Chris Brown Turns himself in for possible assault

Boyfriend arrested for alleged assault on Rihanna

It seems that all is not happy in paradise as Rihanna is revealed to be the victim in the incident that led to Chris Brown being arrested yesterday in Los Angeles.

The alleged attack, which is still shrouded in mystery, meant that both stars missed their performances at last night's Grammy Awards.

LA police have now named Rihanna as the victim in the case after earlier saying that the female victim had "suffered visible injuries".

The couple, who always denied they were an item, apparently got into an argument whist driving around in a rented Lamborghini late on Saturday night.

"The exact charge was criminal threats and it is going to be investigated as a criminal threats investigation,” said Police Sgt. Bridgett Pickett.

"There may be domestic violence charges added later, but that will be up to the district attorney’s office."

Brown has been released on $50,000 bail.

Rihanna's publicist said: "Rihanna is well. Thank you for your concern and support."

'NCIS' Spinoff Casting News

We already told you about the "NCIS" spinoff that is in the works at CBS, but EW's Michael Ausiello is now reporting that two of the leads have been cast.

Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J will star in the spinoff, according to Ausiello. As we previously reported, the new show will be introduced during an episode of "NCIS" toward the end of this season, and it will emerge on its own next season.

O'Donnell emerged in the '90s and hit the big time when he starred as Robin in the "Batman" movies. A couple of years ago, he did a stint as Meredith and Derek's veterinarian on "Grey's Anatomy."

Mr. Cool J has made several guest appearances in movies and TV shows, the most notable of which came in the past couple of years, when he played a patient on "House" who was on death row and portrayed the rapper "Ridikulous" on NBC's "30 Rock."

CBS has not commented on this casting report, but keep checking back for the latest news on the "NCIS" spinoff.
